Hey everyone 👋

Just wanted to drop a quick post because I’ve noticed an uptick in scam activity lately — especially targeting newer users and folks jumping into trending tokens or NFTs.

From fake airdrop links and phishing DMs to copycat websites that look almost identical to the real ones… the level of sophistication is seriously leveling up. Even some seasoned people I know have gotten caught off guard.

Here are a few quick reminders (feel free to add your own):

🔐 Always double-check URLs — Bookmark official sites and avoid clicking random links, even if they look legit.

📬 Never trust unsolicited messages — No admin will DM you first. Period. If someone offers “support” in your DMs, it’s almost always a scam.

🎣 Phishing is everywhere — Some wallet drainers now pop up through Google ads, Discord links, or even “cloned” wallets.

🧠 Slow down — Most scams rely on urgency: “Claim now!” “Limited time!” “Gasless mint!” If you feel rushed, step back.

🛡️ Use burner wallets — For mints, airdrops, or testing new dApps, use a fresh wallet with limited funds.

I think sharing real examples is super helpful too — if you’ve seen a scam lately (or got close to falling for one), drop it below so others can learn.
