Totally get what you mean — there's definitely a fresh wave of energy in the space lately. I’ve been poking around a few newer projects too, and one that stood out recently is a protocol working on decentralized physical infrastructure (DePIN). It’s kind of wild seeing blockchain meet real-world utility like IoT and wireless networks — way beyond the usual token-for-the-sake-of-token stuff.
Also been hearing some buzz around a couple of zk-rollup-based layer 2s launching token airdrops soon 👀 — not financial advice, but might be worth keeping an eye on if you're early-hunting.
