Hey folks 👋

Just wanted to start a thread and see how others are navigating the world of crypto jobs and freelancing these days.

Personally, I’ve been taking on freelance gigs in the space for a while now — mostly around [insert your skill: smart contracts, content writing, UI/UX, community management, etc.]. The work is exciting, the tech moves fast, and there’s never a dull moment. But it also comes with challenges — inconsistent pay, shady clients, ghosting, and figuring out which projects are legit and which are just vaporware.

Some thoughts & questions for the community:

🔹 What platforms are you using to find work? (Crypto-specific job boards, DAOs, Telegram/Discord, etc.)

🔹 How do you vet clients or projects before saying yes?

🔹 Are you charging in crypto or fiat — and how do you manage the volatility?

🔹 Any advice for folks just getting started as freelancers in Web3?

Also — if you’re looking for talent or are open to collabs, feel free to drop your details. Let’s help each other out. 🙌

Would love to hear your wins, war stories, and lessons learned.

Stay decentralized (and paid) 💸
